At Merindah Medical Centre we understand that unplanned issues may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that the scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance. This provides us with the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient who may need to see a doctor urgently.

From the 1st of November 2024, a fee of $40 - $60 may be charged for non-attendance or if your appointment is cancelled with less than 4 hours' notice.

These fees are out of pocket expense and you are unable to receive a rebate from Medicare or private health funds.
