Our approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative, with a strong focus on measurable progress and sustainable change. We provide a range of clinical services and evidence-based interventions, including DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), Single Family Sessions and Family Systems Interventions, as well as IPT (Interpersonal Psychotherapy) training. We also offer clinical supervision and consultation services as a board-approved supervisor for the 5+1 pathway. Our supervision supports clinicians in strengthening practice quality, maintaining ethical standards, and developing reflective decision-making skills. Clinical supervision is available across a range of specialty areas, including family and domestic violence, substance use disorders, parenting issues, and complex mental health presentations. Patients and clinicians can expect a supportive and structured process with clear clinical direction and collaborative planning. Through practical skills, tools, and professional guidance, we aim to improve outcomes, build confidence, and support long-term wellbeing and professional growth.

Shristy is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition (Honours) from the University of New South Wales. She is passionate about providing compassionate, individualised nutrition care that is practical, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s unique goals and lifestyle. Shristy brings experience across hospital and community settings, supporting clients across a broad range of clinical areas including eating disorders, oncology, women’s health, sports nutrition, malnutrition, and weight management, as well as the prevention and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, and obesity. She is committed to supporting sustainable behaviour change and working alongside clients to build a positive and balanced relationship with food, while achieving meaningful and lasting health outcomes. She has experience in one-on-one counselling, small group education, and multidisciplinary care alongside GPs and allied health professionals. Shristy is dedicated to creating a respectful environment where clients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in managing their health journey.
